Terms of Service & Customer Acknowledgment Agreement
By booking or receiving services from Prop & Shine, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Vehicle Condition
The customer acknowledges that the vehicle will be visually inspected before service begins. Prop & Shine is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches
-
Worn or damaged paint
-
Failing clear coat
-
Loose or broken parts
-
Electrical issues
-
Permanent stains
-
Interior or exterior damage existing prior to service
2. Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, cash, firearms, and important documents before the appointment. Prop & Shine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.
3. Service Results Disclaimer
While we use professional products and techniques, some imperfections may be permanent and cannot be fully corrected. Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition. This includes but is not limited to:

Deep stains
-
Strong odors
-
Pet hair
-
Oxidation
-
Deep scratches
-
Sun damage
4. Mobile Service & Weather Conditions
As a mobile detailing service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions, including rain, strong wind, or extreme temperatures.
Customers must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and a safe working area.
5. Water & Power Access
If the customer agrees to provide water or electrical access, it will only be used to complete the scheduled service. Additional fees may apply if onboard water tanks or generators are required.
6. Biohazard & Excessive Dirt Conditions
Vehicles containing biohazards or unsafe conditions — including mold, vomit, blood, bodily fluids, needles, or excessive waste — may be subject to additional charges or service refusal for safety reasons.
7. Satisfaction Policy
Any concerns regarding the completed service must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment. Prop & Shine will make a reasonable effort to address any service-related issues.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
9. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Prop & Shine, we reserve dedicated time for every appointment and often travel directly to your location. To help us serve all customers efficiently, we ask that you review the following policy:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be accommodated at no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

If the customer is unavailable upon our arrival or the vehicle is not accessible for service, the appointment may be considered a no-show and any deposit may be forfeited.

In the event of severe weather or other conditions that prevent the service from being performed safely, we will gladly reschedule the appointment at no additional cost.

If the condition of the vehicle differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking, the final service price may be adjusted after inspection and before work begins.
By booking an appointment, the customer agrees to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
10. Customer Acknowledgment
By booking a service, the customer confirms that they:

Authorize Prop & Shine to perform services on the vehicle

Understand that results may vary based on vehicle condition
